Eagle Scooter Error Codes

E1/F1 Brake failure

F1 error will show during  the power-on self-test fails, while E1 error will show during operation.

The program compatible with the Hall brake in the motor and the power-off brake is unable to perform this self-test due to the characteristics of the power-off brake.

Solution:

Replace the brake disc and test, if the error continues, it means that the disc is faulty.

E2/F2 Throttle failure / accelerator Error

F2 error shows during power-on self-test fails, while E2 error shows during operation.

Solution:

Replace the throttle switch for testing, if the error is gone, it means the switch is faulty, check the wiring sequence of the switch and whether the output voltage of the switch is abnormal.

E3  Communication Error

Test the communication connection line between the instrument and the controller. If the error disappears, it means that the connection line had a short circuit, or a disconnection problem. If the error still occurs, contact a service provider.

E4 Over current protection

If the E4 failure continues to show, it is a hardware failure of the controller. Contact a service provider

E5 Under voltage protection

Check whether the battery voltage is too low.

E6 Over voltage protection

The battery voltage is too high. If this occurs, use the controller to try to avoid sudden braking and slope-rushing actions, and it will return to normal after using some of the power.

This fault code is reserved and will not be displayed for existing controller products.

E7 Hall Error

The Hall of the motor is faulty. Check whether the wiring of the Hall is loose. If the error is still showing when the wire is connected, the Hall of the motor is damaged, and the motor needs to be repaired.

E8 Phase Loss

This fault code is reserved and will not be displayed for existing controller products.

E9 Hardware Error

Controller fault, repair it if the error still shows after several restarts.
